Incipient’s technical support staff is ready to work with you 24x7 to ensure that your support needs are addressed swiftly and professionally. We provide a symptom/solution searchable knowledge base that is directly available from our Partner Support Portal. Searchable information includes troubleshooting documents, technical release bulletins, product release notes, FAQs and technical questions and answers.
In addition to support staff, Incipient maintains a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art lab used to test and verify software and total solutions. This lab contains mid-range and enterprise storage arrays from all the leading storage providers, FC-SAN switches, servers, leading OSs, and HBAs enabling Incipient to verify a customer's SAN environment to troubleshoot a problem or verify a configuration prior to deployment.
